Abraham Orukpe is an accountant by profession, a Certified Project Manager by the Project Management Institute with the U.K. Chapter, a Certified Human Capacity Development Trainer, and Consultant by the Nigeria Centre for Management Development (C.M.D.), a Fellow with the Institute of Management Consultants, IMC-Nigeria, a Certified Management Specialist by the London Graduate School, and a Digital Marketing Expert with Google Digital Skill for Africa certification. He is also an MSMEs mentor with the Tony Elumelu Foundation. 

He is the convener of the annual Business Growth Strategy Conference , Maxwell Leadership & Business Strategy seminar a platform that train  entrepreneurs and MSMEs no how to grow and scale their businesses through training, mentorship, and consulting.

He has been trained and certified by John C. Maxwell to Consult, Coach, speak, and Train on Leadership management strategies in business, aiding participants’ personal and professional growth as individuals, teams, or Organizations to attain & achieve set goals & objectives.

Why Abraham

As a practicing professional accountant, he holds a 2nd class upper in accounting and an MSc in Business Management, coupled with years of working experience in banking and the private sector. He is the C.E.O. of  Smile Planet Farms Limited ( www.smileplanetf.com) and Smile Planet Facility Management Company Limited (www.smileplanetltd.com).  He is the principal consultant at Business Structure Leadership & Management Academy (BUSLMA) (www.mybuslma.com ) and convener of Smile Planet Foundation (www.smileplanetf.org).

With over 14 years of experience as a practicing accountant, he is currently the country accountant of a multinational construction company with its head office in Abuja, Nigeria.  Abraham deeply understands financial management, accounting principles, and tax laws. 

Abraham’s daily goal and objective is to guide/provide a measurable hands-on business solution to Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) business owners on how to scale up Sales and Revenue, Strategically Structure /Restructuring their business model, and enhance team performance for maximum productivity and profitability in line with their business vision and mission objectives.
